I admit...this page is a little bit of a mess. This is what happens when I try to put too much on one page because, oh crap, I have like...10 more pages to do before the deadline. That's what happens when you plan too much for a round. Live and learn. But I digress.
Anyway. So there's this scene. This was fun. You know what I didn't realize was hard? Drawing a dog biting another dog's throat.
So here's the part where I explain some stuff (heads up, next page has a small biology lesson).
1. There's no blood because her teeth are dull as heck. But that's because her jaws have a pretty powerful bite force. She cuts off his breathing; combined with being startled and panicking salmon-dog started passing out from asphyxiation.
2. So you remember that one scene where Speakeasy ignores Bosso's blabbering and only pays attention to the word food? Yeah well when your parental figure is mute, there's not anyone to teach you language. Food was literally the only word she knew.

the good part about drawing difficult poses, is that they make everything else easier 
that pannel turned very good IMO.
a thing i love from your characters is how they have a dinstinctive expression. beyond design or anatomy even, i like how they reflect the characters's age and personality, like in the first pannel. the chow chow (i think he is?) has an old, refined person face. it may sound obvious but it's a thing i see in comics less often than i should. and the use of a particular font for each is another great addition, you have no idea how clearly i can picture Rose's and Bloodybeard's voices
and puppy speaks is just too adorable
these eyes in the last pannel! poor thing doesn't even understands what she did wrong.
i kind of wonder if her aversion to food in adulthood relates to this event, after all, she seemed eager for it in this flashback.
it may look a bit weird from my part to keep commenting in *these* pages but i swear it relates to my RL timing
