Especially because there's a page with outdated rules but I'm not sure if there's a page with the complete new rule list (just one with some updates) Or perhaps I am confused? If not, I'd like to know why my Dog Facial Variety picture ([link] was denied as a tutorial, when other similar deviations are listed in the tutorial folder.

I do not seek to attack Jeakilo on this issue, but those are just photos they took from websites (And they imply in the description they didn't obtain permission to use them or list the actual individual credits)
In the picture I submitted, all of the dogs were drawn (with some referenced from Wikimedia commons, as listed in the description, which is a free-use site) Furthermore, unlike the ones Jeakilo submitted, I provided some basic guide-like information in the description along with linking to additional resources.
Perhaps this is just some confusion; I apologize. But hopefully someone can clear this up for me?"
"the rules have been unchanged for about a year. there is a banner on teh group front page in upper left "faq and guidelines" it links to the rules currently in place and your facials aren't really tutorials they're just stylized side profile views it does not hwo HOW to draw different sized/shaped dog heads" "It's not really a list of rules though, more of an FAQ. And there are still places which list the old rules; it's kind of confusing trying to navigate.Then how is her guide any different from mine? It's just a bunch of photos of dog heads, most of which don't belong to her (or him?) They don't teach them how to draw either. And while I don't go step by step, in the description of my deviation I do provide notes on facial dog anatomy along with additional resources. I still don't see how her compilation of dog photos is any less of a tutorial than my deviation.
Also, I don't mean to be rude but, as a spokesperson for your group, shouldn't you double check your message for punctuation, capitalization, and spelling?"

Why is their collection of images (that aren't even their own property and may be considered art theft) any less of a tutorial than my deviation? I don't see the difference. You said mine isn't a tutorial because I don't provide step by step instructions, but neither do they. Whereas I actually provide notes in my description regarding facial variation. I'm just trying to find some answers and seek some equality. Is this really an issue of specifics or is it the quality or what?
And if you'd like a complaint then sure, as said already, can you provide a simple list of rules to accompany your FAQ? I have talked to others who feel the same way."

And blocked by the person as well! And then had my comic removed. And then was kicked out. So that was fun.Is it a curse or a gift? I wonder. It would have been nice had I actually gotten an answer, though...Alas. Then again, what's to expect from a canine group that acknowledges that hyenas aren't canines, and accepts them anyway? Oh but if you feel I'm in the wrong, please do go ahead and tell me. I won't deny that I can be quite silly myself too.
