Cheap Commissiony Goodness

Time to get that depressing thing off of my page! Things are happening and changing and updating and all of that snazzy stuff. I finally went and used some of the points I amassed to get a 3-month sub because...I didn't really have a use for them. I still have the plenty needed for the ToH prize. Of course I have buyers regret and am thinking "But what if I want to commission all the things? I'll get over it.

Let's get official stuff out of the way before going into the personals. There's a new forum out there called OCTCommunity that's targeted for competitors, judges, hosts, and even just general fans. It's a place for people to get feedback on their new OCs, talk about ideas for tournaments, find partners, have general discussions about rounds, and even just chat. It's still under some construction but sounds awesome, and they're going to be looking for people to staff the site. Everything is kinda new so it would be fun to join early on and help the site as it grows since they're still taking all kinds of suggestions.

If you're a fan of OCTs, I'd recommend it. It would also be an interesting way to get into them if you've been wanting to try it out.

So personal stuff. If it weren't obvious by now I'm facing ~InuHoshi in Chernobyl-Curs. I am full of equal parts excitement and fear, and it would seem the feeling is mutual. I'll try to get 2-3 pages done a week, although how that pans out we'll have to wait and see. That's not to say I'm not working on Coloring-Medium, who's deadline is creeping up on me very quickly. There I am facing *NightTheKittyKat so wish us both luck!

The apartment (Headquarters) has been fixed up and along with my dog Annie we have two other smallish animal companions. More so they belong to my roommate. She has two Guinea pigs currently, Fuery and Alexander Anderson. If you get the references, you get a cookie. She had another pig before Anderson named Havoc who unfortunately died a few weeks ago. I've started doing service hours as a tutor for my major in the Education program, which is time consuming and occasionally painful. On Saturdays we've been having anime nights with our comrade which is kind of nice since it's a weekly thing where much sugar and tea/coffee is consumed. They were both mentally scarred by Berserk and we've moved into Durarara. Now if only I could tackle these horrible essays staring at me like papery frogs. To work!



And can anyone tell me how exactly Journal skins work? I'm new to this nonsense.
