Just a general update so I'll keep it short. It's the last month of classes for me and because of this all of my major projects are due very soon. Lots of unit plans. And then I have my certification exams. So if I take a little longer to respond or comment on things, that's why. I'm trying to work through it all while keeping up with CC and retaining some small shred of sanity.
There was someone who offered their comic to be reviewed, so once I do manage some time (ha) that will be on the chopping block for Sugarfree. Afterwards will be the article for both writers and comic artists regarding dialog.
And as for the hypothetical OCT that was mentioned in the poll some while ago, the gears are starting to whir. I can't really say anything at the moment, except that it will be something that happens. Currently in the process of getting some staff together, and I have high hopes this time. More officially things will be announced towards the end of the month.
Below is a list of things I have to do for class; just ignore it. It's here so that every time I log onto DA I can see it and say "Look at all of the things I have to do that I'm not doing. I should go do them."
Things I need to do for class
-Brit Lit Unit Plan (24th)
-TSL ELL Project (16th)
-Running Records
-RED YA Unit Plan (Tuesday revisions/ or 24th)
-Subject Area Exam (21st)

I seriously don't know how you balance all this stuff with making a full color OCT comic. I don't do a brilliant job of balancing my coursework (which seems less strenuous as I'm still in my first year) and an (ocacsionally) illustrated literature entry.
This is why I don't feel too guilty when a page looks sloppy. But also why I get a little annoyed when people point out said sloppiness. I'm barely able to balance it as it is, I had to give up doing a lot of side artwork just to keep up with progress. But some people keep pointing things out. I'm scrapped for time as it is x.x
I don't blame you, really. It's annoying when people, point out something you're already fully aware of but can't fix. And anyway it's quite a lot of dedication to give up side artwork and the like, and to have stuck with the medium consistently for this long. I don't think whatever sloppiness is there (I'm not usually one to notice it) is a problem. I find the whole thing pretty impressive, honestly.
Thank you!
